Dental implants permanently replace teeth that have been lost or cannot be saved. These surgical-grade titanium implants are placed in the jawbone in an office procedure performed under local anesthetic or IV sedation. The implant post serves as a root replacement, on which an individual crown can be placed. There is a period of healing between the surgical placement of the titanium post and the placement of a crown or other restoration (such as a bridge or denture) atop it. Each restoration we provide to complete your implant treatment is custom-made to provide you with a beautiful, natural looking, and durable restoration.
