Patient Payment Policy
Thank you for choosing our practice! We are committed to the success of your dental treatment and care. In doing this, it is important that we do not allow your dental insurance to be a determining factor in your diagnosis. To better understand your dental insurance, please read “My Dental Benefits” in your policy.
For your convenience, we have developed a full range of convenient payment option for you to choose. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, America Express, personal checks, and money orders. If needed, financing is available through the CareCredit Plan.
Fees, Payment & Insurance
Payment of fees for routine services such as examinations, teeth cleaning, and X-rays are expected at the time services are provided. If you have PPO (not HMO) dental insurance, as a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance. Within 45 days, you will be responsible for any outstanding balance on your account.
A written estimate will be provided to you for any treatment recommended by the doctor outside of routine maintenance. Payment is expected at the time services are provided. We will also accept benefit assignment through preauthorizing the recommended treatment. This allows you to pay your estimated portion at the time services are provided. However, we do not guarantee any estimate, and should your dental plan pay less than expected, you are fully responsible for the balance. We take no responsibility for any denials by dental plans.
We do not accept HMO dental insurance, MediCare, MediCare supplements, or MediCal.
